Connect GitHub to give Superagent access to the repositories you select. The GitHub Apps enable repository security, dependency checks, contributor controls, and repository Red Team runs.

These workflows use Webhooks to deliver events and Superagent MCP to read current context and return structured results. Use the REST API when your integration does not use MCP.
