Repositories missing after install

• Confirm the relevant GitHub App is installed on the correct org or user account:
  Superagent Security for Protection and red-team reports, or
  Open CLA for CLA checks.
• Re-select repository access in GitHub App settings.
• Open Integrations and verify connection status.

No pull request data

• Ensure the app has pull request and contents permissions.
• Open or update a PR on a connected repo to trigger webhooks.

CLA

Check fails for signed contributor

• Verify the signature is for the current template version hash.
• For org contributions, confirm corporate CLA and org membership read permission.

“Repository not seen by CLA app”

• Open or update a pull request on that repository first.

Red Teaming

Tests not starting

• Confirm the agent and repository targets are configured.
• Check GitHub integration still has access to the repo.
