This Cookie Notice explains how Superagent Technologies, Inc. ("Superagent," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with superagent.sh and other websites or authenticated services that link to this notice (collectively, the "Sites").
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage, pixels, software development kits, and scripts that store or access information on a device.
Cookies may be session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. First-party cookies are set by Superagent. Third-party cookies and similar technologies are provided by service providers that help operate the Sites.
What technologies do we use?
We do not use advertising cookies or sell information collected through tracking technologies. The technologies used on the Sites fall into the following categories:

Provider names may change as we update the Sites. Our Privacy Policy and Subprocessor List provide additional information about service providers.
Browser web storage
We use browser local storage and similar storage to maintain authentication state, prevent repeated prompts, remember preferences, and support application functionality. Browser storage can hold more information than a cookie and may not expire automatically. Your browser provides controls to inspect and clear this storage.
Pixels and web beacons
Our Sites and HTML emails may use pixels or web beacons to determine whether a page, message, or link was viewed or opened. We use this information to operate communications, measure engagement, and compile usage statistics, not for targeted advertising.
Session-replay technologies
For authenticated users, PostHog software may record interface events in a form that lets us replay a session. Replays can include pages viewed, clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, device information, and technical events. We use replay to troubleshoot errors, investigate security or support issues, and improve usability.
We configure sensitive fields to be masked or excluded where supported. Masking cannot prevent a user from entering sensitive information into an unexpected or free-form field, so do not intentionally submit protected health information, cardholder data, government identifiers, credentials, or other regulated sensitive information through fields not designed for it.
Your choices
Browser controls
Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies, clear local storage, block third-party scripts, and notify you when a cookie is set. Browsers accept cookies by default until you change their settings. If you block essential cookies or storage, you may need to sign in again or may be unable to use authenticated features.
Apply your settings separately to each browser and device you use.
Provider and device controls
Content blockers, privacy extensions, mobile-device settings, and provider-specific controls may limit analytics and similar technologies. These controls are supplied by third parties, and we cannot guarantee how they work.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where they apply to our practices. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, such a signal does not change advertising practices on our Sites.
There is no generally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to them separately from the controls described above.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Notice to reflect changes to our technologies, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the updated notice and revise the effective date.
